A long, pretty summer drink. The cranberry juice isn’t the usual in a pink Russian, but it’s a great addition.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup grapefruit juice
6 tablespoons vodka
6 tablespoons campari
orange rind, to garnish
soda water

Method

  1. Place everything together in a tall jug. Strain into 4 tall chilled glasses, garnish each with a twist of orange rind and fill with chilled soda water.
