Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups icing sugar
1 tablespoon hot milk

Method

  1. Sift the icing sugar into a small bowl and stir in enough hot milk to make a firm icing consistency. Fill into a piping bag fitted with a narrow plain tube and pipe crosses on the cooled buns.
