Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups rice bubbles
1/2 cup roughly chopped peanuts

Method

  1. Grease a 20 cm or 23 cm square tin. Combine peanut butter, honey and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring over a low heat until melted and thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla essence, rice bubbles and peanuts until completed coated with peanut butter mixture. Press firmly into the prepared tin. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
