Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 teaspoon powdered gelatine
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons hot water

Method

  1. In a small saucepan combine the gelatine and water, and dissolve over a low heat. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Brush over the buns while still hot and leave to dry in the oven, with the door open, for a minute or so.
