Ingredients

1 large red apple, cored and finely sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
60g celery, thinly sliced
200g tinned tuna in oil, drained and broken into chunks
freshly ground black pepper
60g * mayonnaise [rid:4557]
60g sour cream
lettuce leaves
salt

Method

  1. Toss apple slices in lemon juice and place in a bowl with celery and tuna. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and sour cream and mix lightly. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
