Serve with cold smoked fish, such as trout or salmon, or cold roast beef. Good also with fish moulds or loaves.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g light sour cream or plain yoghurt
6 spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
freshly ground black pepper
salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
