Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 pork sausages
80g brown sugar
500ml water
1 tablespoon vinegar

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a large frying pan and simmer gently until water has evaporated. Tilt pan back and forth to roll sausages and coat them with light glaze that has formed on bottom. Serve immediately with hot boiled rice mixed with chopped red pepper, pineapple and spring onions.
