Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125g cream cheese
3 teaspoons lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
15g parsley, chopped
15g mixed herbs, chopped
1 tablespoon spring onions, finely chopped
butter
12 slices white or brown bread
salt

Method

  1. Soften cream cheese, then mash well with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in herbs. Butter bread and make sandwiches with cheese and herb mixture. Remove crusts and cut into fingers or small triangles.
