Quantity Ingredient
1/2 cabbage, finely shredded
60g * mayonnaise [rid:4557]
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
dash tabasco sauce
185g sour cream
1/2 red pepper, cored, seeded and finely sliced
1/2 green pepper, cored, seeded and finely sliced
3-4 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped

Method

  1. Put cabbage in a large salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over cabbage, toss thoroughly and chill well before serving.
