A perfect comfort soup.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125g chinese egg noodles, cooked
90g chicken meat, cooked and shredded
2 slices ham, shredded
750ml chicken broth or stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 spring onions, shredded

Method

  1. Place cooked noodles in heated serving bowl. Arrange chicken and ham on top of noodles.
  2. Heat broth, adding salt, pepper and soy sauce. Pour hot broth over noodles, top with spring onions and serve hot.
