Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g minced pork
freshly ground black pepper
30g butter
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
125ml cream
salt

Method

  1. Shape pork into 4 medium patties. Season well with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a heavy frying pan, add patties, press out flat and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove to a heated serving plate and keep warm.
  2. Add mustard and cream to pan, stir in brown bits from bottom of pan and cook until sauce thickens. Spoon sauce over patties.
