Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 1/2 teaspoons powdered gelatine
80ml cold water
250ml maple syrup, heated
250ml cream, whipped

Method

  1. Soften gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, then add to hot maple syrup and stir until completely dissolved. Chill until slightly set, to the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in cream and turn into a serving dish. Chill for 2 hours.
