Try this dressing over fresh fruit salads, apples, grapefruit, peaches, pears, oranges or bananas.

Ingredients

60ml lemon juice
pinch salt
55g sugar
2 tablespoons dry sherry

Method

  1. Combine lemon juice and salt, stir in sugar, then add sherry. Mix well.
