Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 litre chicken stock
1/2 small lettuce, finely shredded
2 eggs
few drops soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat stock to simmering point, add lettuce and cook for 2–3 minutes. Beat eggs with soy sauce, stir in a little of the hot soup then stir this back into soup. Serve immediately.
