Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons horseradish, grated
125ml cream
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
pinch sugar

Method

  1. Whisk ingredients together until thick. Taste and add more vinegar or an extra pinch of sugar if necessary. Serve with hot or cold roast beef. For a milder flavour omit vinegar and add a little more sugar.
