125g butter
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Method

  1. Mix ingredients together well and refrigerate. Use sliced, on grilled steak, chops, kidneys or fried fish.
