Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 chicken liver, finely chopped
185g rice, cooked
40g raisins
55g ground almonds
1 onion, finely chopped
30g parsley, chopped
2-3 fresh basil leaves, chopped
60g butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
freshly ground black pepper
salt

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Use to stuff a chicken before roasting.
