Use for fish, vegetables and meat.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
170ml milk

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Beat eggs with milk. Make a well in centre of flour.
  2. Add egg mixture in a steady pouring stream, stirring in flour gradually, and beat to a smooth batter. Stand for several hours before using.
