A good quick breakfast or late-night snack.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60g mature cheese, grated
1 teaspoon mixed pickle, chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
butter
2 slices toast

Method

  1. Mix cheese, pickle and curry powder together. Butter toast lightly and spread with cheese mixture. Place slices side by side on a buttered baking tray. Bake in a preheated hot oven for about 4 minutes or grill under a preheated grill until browned.
