Ingredients

150g semolina
100g plain flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons sea salt

Method

  1. Combine the semolina and flour in a large bowl, add the eggs and salt, then stir using a wooden spoon until the dough is elastic. Cover and set aside to rest for 45 minutes before using.
