Ingredients

1 slice butter, 1/2 cm thick
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon single cream
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
5 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 marshmallow

icing sugar

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a bowl for 20 seconds (800 watts).
  2. In a mug: Beat in one by one the egg, sugar, cream, peanut butter, flour, baking powder and melted butter.
  3. Add the marshmallow cut into quarters to the top of the mixture.
  4. Cook for in the microwave 1 minute 40 seconds (800 watts).
  5. Decorate with icing sugar.
