Ingredients

1 slice butter, 1 cm thick
2 tablespoons icing sugar
3 tablespoons plain flour
2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 tablespoon ground hazelnuts
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg white
3 squares white chocolate

2 hazelnuts

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds (800 watts).
  2. In a mug: Beat in one by one the icing sugar, flour, ground almonds, ground hazelnuts, baking powder, egg white and melted butter.
  3. Add the squares of white chocolate to the top of the mixture.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (800 watts).
  5. Decorate with roughly chopped hazelnuts.
