Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 slice butter, 1 cm thick
1 egg
3 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon single cream
2 level tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 salted butter caramels, cut into small pieces

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a bowl for 20 seconds (800 watts).
  2. In a mug: Add and whisk together the egg, sugar, cream, cocoa, flour, baking powder, melted butter and the chopped salted butter caramels.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds (800 watts).
