Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons za’atar
1 teaspoon dried mint
sea salt

Method

  1. Dry-roast the nuts and seeds in separate batches in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Let cool, then blitz with the za’atar and mint using a food processor or pestle and mortar until crumbly. Salt to taste.
