Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml cashew nut milk
1 banana, peeled
2 scoops dairy-free vanilla ice cream
5 dried apricots, soaked in cold water for 30 minutes, then drained
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoon vanilla paste

Method

  1. Whizz all the ingredients together, except any garnishes, in a powerful blender such as a Vitamix.
