Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Noodle pizzas, cooked
1 tablespoon passata or sun-dried tomato paste
handful baby spinach
1 medium egg
1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
20g feta, optional

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Top the pizza with the passata or sun-dried tomato paste and spinach. Crack over the egg, sprinkle over the chilli and feta, if using. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan, slide onto a plate, slice and eat.
