This one is dirty... and one of my favourite flavour combos. Ketchup and French’s mustard make me happy – hope they do you, too!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack instant noodles (any flavour), cooked according to the packet instructions
4 slices thick white bread
1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon french’s mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons grated cheddar

Method

  1. Preheat your grill, sandwich maker or waffle machine to medium heat.
  2. Butter the bread on both sides, then top one side with ketchup, mustard, cheese and noodles. Cover with the other slice of bread, then toast until the filling turns gooey and the toast is golden, about 2–2 1/2 minutes per side.
