Nutty, creamy, oh-so-dreamy.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g instant noodles, cooked according to the packet instructions, drained and 2 tablespoons water reserved
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
squeeze lemon juice
2 spring onions, sliced
1 teaspoon mixed sesame seeds
handful grated parmesan
pinch chilli flakes
lemon zest, optional

Method

  1. Add the reserved noodle water, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice to a saucepan and heat up, mixing well to blend. Turn up the heat and add the noodles, spring onions, sesame seeds, Parmesan and chilli flakes. By this time, the noodles may need another 1/2 tablespoon water as they continue to absorb the sauce. Take off the heat, grab a fork and eat.
