Korean and Italian flavours are combined in one pot.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g instant noodles, cooked according to the packet instructions, drained and 2 tablespoons water reserved
60g kimchi
generous pinch parmesan, optional

Method

  1. Add the reserved noodle water and kimchi to a saucepan and heat up, mixing well to blend. Turn up the heat and add the noodles. Take off the heat and add the Parmesan, if using. By this time, the noodles may need another 1/2 tablespoon water as they continue to absorb the sauce. Grab a fork and eat.
