Greens with oyster sauce

An Asian staple, which makes a great side to any noodle dish. You can replace the pak choi with any green veg.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove, sliced
5 cm piece ginger, peeled and finely sliced
300g pak choi

Method

  1. Place the oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger into a bowl and stir well. Place the pak choi in a large pan of simmering water. Cook, uncovered, for 2–3 minutes or until tender. Pour the sauce mixture over the pak choi, toss and serve.
