I am one of those people who could eat nut butter by the spoonful. It’s a high-protein snack that I am either stuffing into a beautiful medjool date, spreading on a banana or toast, putting in muesli (granola) bars or using somewhere in my cooking. This nut butter is simple to create, delicious and will give you energy. It will store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
280g blanched roasted hazelnuts
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
30g cacao powder
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
1 tablespoon stevia

Method

  1. Place the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blitz for 10 minutes or until smooth. Add extra stevia if not quite sweet enough.
