Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60g butter
2 garlic cloves, peeled
400g spinach leaves
salt
few drops lemon juice
pepper

Method

  1. Heat the butter and garlic in a large saucepan over a medium heat. When the butter to begins to foam, add the spinach and toss until wilted and glazed with the butter. Season to taste and finish with a few drops of lemon juice. Remove the garlic just before serving.
