I use Mason jars for my smoothies on the go, as they have great lids to stop any leaking. This is one of my favourite smoothies because it contains bee pollen and baobab, which in turn equate to protein, enzymes and antioxidants.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
120ml coconut milk
90g frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
handful spinach, chard or kale
1 date, pitted
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon baobab powder

Method

  1. Throw everything into a blender or food processor and give it a good whizz until smooth. Drink immediately or pour into your on-the-go container to enjoy later.

  • Studies have shown that consuming spinach in smoothie or juice form is the healthiest way to get its amazing benefits into your body.
