Okay, so you say you don’t like Brussels sprouts? I dare you to try to this salad and then let me know if you still don’t like them! I grew up not wanting to see or eat Brussels sprouts, but then I discovered how good they are for me. These little guys are bursting with protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
