This cocktail is best served in a bamboo glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml gin
15ml crème de pomme verte
30ml white cranberry juice
10ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
10ml cranberry/hibiscus syrup
4 watermelon chunks
8 mint leaves
15ml rosehip and hibiscus tea
wedge watermelon, to garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients (except tea) in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a bamboo glass, then top with tea and crushed ice. Serve with a long straw and garnish with a thin watermelon wedge.
