Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml rum
20ml port
15ml vanilla liqueur
1 teaspoon butter
6 rum-soaked raisins
15ml 5-spice-infused sugar syrup
3 cloves
grated nutmeg
grated cinnamon stick

Method

  1. In a mixing glass combine rum, port and vanilla liqueur. Stir in butter, raisins, 5-spice syrup, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  2. Pour mixture into teapot and add hot water. Stir then pour into Boston glass.
