Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 large zucchinis
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
sea salt
freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Slice the zucchini into discs on the diagonal. Place in a bowl with the olive oil and garlic.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. After 1–2 minutes, add the sesame seeds. Stir well.
  3. Add the sea salt and pepper and stir for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
