I’m still seriously freaked out when I hear an adult proclaim they don’t eat or like vegetables. It’s lazy and boring and clichéd.

Sesame seeds, fresh herbs, cumin, chilli flakes or parmesan cheese can transform an ordinary piece of pumpkin or a carrot or a zucchini into something special. Simply adding garlic, cracked pepper, sea salt and olive oil to spinach or silverbeet or broccoli can be a dish in itself.

Start looking at cooking vegetables as a meal. Relax, it doesn’t mean you’ve turned vegetarian.
