Using my beloved iceberg lettuce cups, these are a favourite Sunday night treat at our joint. Now don’t have a fit, but I prefer to use mince with a little bit of fat, not your lean, lean mince. This is, of course, for flavour and apart from a pinch of sea salt, that’s it. I find you don’t have to add sugary sauces and breadcrumbs and onions etc. to jazz it up. This turns out a true beef burger… juicy and tasty.
