Berries, notably strawberries, are linked to weight loss. I cannot imagine a more delicious way to take in 100 calories.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g strawberries
a few fresh mint leaves, plus extra to decorate
200ml low-fat natural yogurt
a large handful ice, plus extra to serve

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Place the extra ice in 2 tall glasses and pour in the smoothie. Decorate each glass with a few extra mint leaves and serve immediately.
