Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g dark chocolate
200ml pure cream
8 pieces raspberry turkish delight
cocoa powder

Method

  1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan and pour it onto the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts, then leave it to cool.
  2. Chop the Turkish delight into small pieces and stir it through the chocolate cream. Allow it to cool completely, then scoop into little balls and roll twice in cocoa powder.
