Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 garlic clove, crushed with ¼ teaspoon salt
125ml tahini, well stirred
80ml lemon juice
cold water

Method

  1. Stir the tahini into the garlic paste, then gradually mix in the lemon juice and enough cold water to thin the sauce to the consistency of pouring cream. Pour into a sealable jar and store in the fridge. It will keep for 7 days.
