Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Manoushi bread dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch spinach leaves
125g mozzarella, grated
60g haloumi, grated

Method

  1. Prepare the dough. Preheat oven to highest temperature.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the spinach leaves and stir briefly until wilted. Roll bread out into rounds. Combine the topping ingredients and spread over the dough. Bake for 3 minutes.
