Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g cumin seeds
50g coriander seeds
25g black peppercorns
75g sweet paprika
50g ground ginger

Method

  1. Lightly roast, grind and sieve the cumin and coriander seeds and black peppercorns. Mix with remaining ingredients and store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
