Ingredients

2 cups slivered almonds
350g dark chocolate, chopped

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Toast the almonds in a frying pan over medium heat until golden.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler, making sure the water doesn’t touch the top pot. Add the almonds to the melted chocolate.
  3. Spoon dollops of the chocolate mixture onto the baking tray and flatten with the back of the spoon. Allow the chocolate to cool before serving.
