Method

  1. Can be used to top pizzas, added to a salad Nicoise with tuna, eggs and green beans or added to a pasta sauce such as the punchy puttanesca (garlic, olives, capers, anchovies and parsley). Dissolved in a pan with a little oil they also add a mysterious smoky flavour to a creamy pasta sauce. Save any leftover oil for drizzling over pizza.
