What I really love about green juices is how fresh they are. I can’t understand how orange juice, apple juice and other purely fruit juices have reached such popularity, when, in fact, most juices taste so much better balanced with some greens or vegetables. I realize that it might seem exaggerated to squeeze three sorts of green juices in one small chapter, but they are all very different in flavour and we just couldn’t rule any out. One is fresh and sharp, one is entirely vegetable-based and thus not sweet at all, and one has a delicious tropical sweetness to it.
