Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
salt flakes
freshly ground black pepper
finely grated zest of ½ lemon
100ml light olive oil

Method

  1. Mix the vinegar with the mustards, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Slowly whisk in the oil to emulsify
