Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g pork leg, cut into 3 cm pieces
500ml water
3 pink peppercorns
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 Little buns
Avocado sauce

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the pambazos and salsa, in a saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes or until the pork is very tender.
  2. Remove the pork from the stock and shred using 2 forks.
  3. Fill the pambazos while the meat is still hot. Smother the meat with salsa de aguacate and serve.
