Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon dried wakame
1 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Place the ingredients in a spice grinder and blitz to the consistency of sand. Don’t process for too long or the oil will come out of the sesame seeds and make a paste.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container; the salt mixture will keep in a cool dark place for up to 1 month.
